Happy Halloween....week!

Ok, people, Halloween is almost here, and that means I'm in a festive mood. As I realize that this is the last week for me to enjoy my cheery pumpkins and blinking orange lights, I've tried to do some to things to "celebrate" the upcoming holiday.

This means....Dressing Missy May up....bewitching, isn't she?
Carving a Jack-O-Lantern....put cinnamon on the top of your lid and your place will smell like pumpkin pie! and roasting the seeds. Yum!

Not to mention fitting in some time to watch my all-time-favorite Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus. It's tradition.

    When you roast pumpkin seeds do you use any oil or butter? Do you dry them at all? Can you tell me how you roast them?

  3. Hi Sandy,
    I spray a little cooking spray on them with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder. I then roast them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. They're great!
